Margherita, I was lucky to meet several art quilters from this area when I was in Houston last fall and so far I have always found wonderful creative friends where ever I have lived, so I have no worries on that count. It’s a great area and I’m so happy to be here.

What a full year you have had! You will love living in the Sacto area. You are surrounded by some of the best talent in the entire country – all within no more than a couple of hours drive. Oh, and the beauty!! I am from that area (having moved from CA 15 years ago) and that is where my interest in quilting and mixed media started. Hope your new life is fun and prosperous, healthy and happy and above all creative!!
