- 2 ½ yards backing fabric of choice
- 70” x 70” piece of batting
- black and red textile paint
- several small round and ¼” and ½” flat synthetic bristle paintbrushes
- palette and container for rinse water
- plastic for covering work surface when painting
- black thread
- white thread
- pencil
This download includes 2 PDFs: the written directions, and a full scale printable design of one quarter of the skirt that is repeated in the round.
