Hello Judy. I was astonished to see your post. My Aunt Gwen and Uncle Bill and Cousin Martha owned a home on Driftwood and Maryana! And they too had a home in Davis Ca. I thought how ironic! My siblings and I would pack up and travel from Saugus Ca. and head out for a week long summer vacation of weenie roasts on the beach, low tide tide pool exploring, playing under the bridge, exploring the abandon round metal structure, visiting ‘The Doll House’, going to Deekman’s Market, to visiting Billy at the fish shop to pick up some crab and salmon, all at Salmon Creek. It was the highlight of my childhood. I was a little disappointed to see how crowded the beach had become. But I guess it’s impossible to keep this treasure a secret forever.
Well, I just wanted to share that I too got to be a part of the joy of growing up in Salmon Creek Bodega Bay California. Take care. Lynn
