Cecile and I took a day trip south of Brisbane to visit the beautiful beaches of the Gold Coast
A common beach side plant known as Pigs Eye in Australia and Ice Plant in California.
Next we drove up to Tamborine mountain and stopped for a delicious lunch at the MT Brewery 
Then we took a hike at the Tamborine rainforest skywalk.
I love all the fascinating trees and twisting vines

Hi Linda, I’m glad you’ve enjoyed it so far. It was such an incredible trip and I’ve hoped in my enthusiasm to share all the places I went and things I saw that I haven’t bored my readers, lol, but hope they find it as inspiring as I did.
I can hardly wait to go back, I think I need to lose a few pounds before I go though, because I will definitely gain a few while I’m there (I’m up a pants size from the last trip!).
